Orientations are held twice a year for new foreign students and Japanese language volunteers are introduced. Recycled daily goods and advice or suggestions on living in Tottori will be offered. |

Rooms available for use at the Plaza
Exchange Salon The Salon is a great place for having informal meetings or exchanging with other people. The bulletin board in front of the office is a good way of exchanging information.
<reservations NOT necessary>Multi-purpose Hall The Hall can take 80 people and is good for lectures or meetings. The floor is suitable for dancing or playing table-tennis.
<reservations necessary>Study Room The room takes 30 people and is suitable for meetings.
<reservations necessary>Utilities/Recycling Room You can help yourself to donated household goods. It is also suitable as a classroom for about 8 people.
<reservations necessary>Small Kitchen Accommodates about 10 people. Can be used for cooking and dining; Cooking classes are held here.
<reservations necessary>Study rooms and lecture rooms (2nd floor) There are three study rooms for classes or small meetings (for 6, 8, and 12 people) and two lecture rooms for large conferences or lectures (for 20 and 40 people).

■Purpose | We would encourage anyone who is interested in using the facility for events that promote international understanding or exchange to make enquiries to the main office to ask about availability. |

■Room reservations | (1)Please fill in the application form and hand it in to the office. (2)You can apply 3 months beforehand. When planning a big event, please consult our staff. (3)The office is open from 9:00 to 17:00 every day except Mondays. |
